Top Ten Tuesday2

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke & The Bookish.
Each week they release a Top Ten List and invite everyone to join in and make their own Top Ten List.
.
I LOVE BEING A READER BECAUSE:
.
I love the escape: Not matter how rubbish my day has been the right book can always help me escape to a different place and take my mind off stuff or remind me that there are worse things in life and to get out of whatever stump I am in!
.
Nothing can effect me like a book can: Books can bring me to tears, make me smile, make me so angry I want to rip them apart and make me laugh like a complete idiot until I fall of my chair and start crying because I hurt my bum (this has happened to me a few times now, I never learn.) Book’s are pure magic.
.
Book’s smell nice: This probably seems like a weird one,but I kinda LOVE the smell of new books. My Harry Potter series has a certain smell to it, and now every time I smell that specific smell it makes me think of Hogwarts, and in my imagination that is exactly what Hogwarts smells like!
.
I learn new things: I love reading books based in places I have never been do, or with characters who have jobs/hobbies I have never done or books that I set in the past during real historic events. Reading books about these things  always makes me want to know more, and I always end up doing a tons of research into them and loving them even more.
.
I can do it wherever/whenever: Reading is something I can do by myself, or in a group or as part of a book club. I can read at home, work, whilst on the train, whilst in a nother country even. I can read a physical book or an ebook on my iPhone or iPad. The options are endless, and I love how flexible reading can be, which makes it even easier to enjoy.
.
I LOVE BEING A BOOK BLOGGER BECAUSE:
.
I can talk about books as much as I want: I initially started this blog because I was tired of all the eye rolling from my family and friends every time I wanted to talk about a book.Having my blog, there are no rules, I can talk about books as much and as often as I want to!
.
New Opportunities: I love getting involved in Blog Tours and Memes and having the opportunity to read and review ARC books. Before blogging I didn’t really know much about this stuff and didn’t know how to get involved in it. Now I am and loving it!
.
The community: This one kind of goes with the first one, in that there is a community of people who all love book blogging as much as I do. The book blogging community is so friendly and I really felt like I was welcomed in to it with open arms.
.
The Response: I love hearing back from my readers. Whether they are disagreeing with one of my opinons, or reconmending a book for me to read, it is always nice to hear from them. To know that someone is reading all the stuff you write and actually liking it is a really nice feeling.
.
A Creative Outlet: Book reviews. book crafts, bookish lists, bookish videos. My blog gives me the place to write about whatever I want. Fair enough, it is mostly bookish things, but I love the freedom to talk about whatever I want!
.
What made your list this week? Do you agree with any on my list?.

Leave me a comment and let me know!

Thanks 🙂 Sometimes I get a little frustrated with my blog; if I’m struggling to write something, or something is taking me a while to do and I feel completely swamped with it all, and I think Why am I doing this? But then lists like this one remind me of all the reasons I love reading and blogging! 🙂

Definitely. I always feel like books reach me emotionally a lot easier and quicker then films. I cry at books all the time, my poor pages always end up drenched! Thanks for stopping by! 🙂

Definitely, whenever I am having a bad day I always go straight to a book to help me escape! I even have specific books for the different things that I might be wanting to escape eg. bad day at work, arguments with friends/family, fed up with life etc. I now know exactly what book to read to cheer myself up! I guess that sounds a bit sad! Haha.

I haven’t seen “I can do it whenever/wherever” but that’s so true. Really like that you added that. : ) LOVE YOUR LIST.
