Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke & The Bookish. Each week they release a Top Ten Theme and invite everyone to join in and make their own Top Ten List.

So many good books this year, it’s been really hard picking just ten, but I did it!!

Never Never Part 1 . Never Never Part 2
From the ultimate writing team this series is by far one of my favourite of all time, let along of this year so far. The story is just incredible and I have absolutely no idea where it is going to end up in the final book. I can’t recommend these enough.

The Winners Curse . The Winners Crime
I don’t know why I waited so long to read this series, because it is amazing. The world building in these books has got to be my favourite thing about them and again, I am so excited for the final book.

Sweet Hope
So much love for Tillie Cole and this book, the final in the Sweet series. It left me a total emotional wreck but I loved every minute of it. So sad that this series is over now, but she couldn’t have finished it in a better way.

Fuel the Fire
Finishing this book was one of those love and hate moments. Love because it was amazing, but hate because it is the last book we are going to get from Rose and Connor’s POV. The games, the french, the totally hot and sexy times…it’s all been brought to an end with their final book of the series. It’s going to be even worse with the release of Long Way Down, the last and absolute final book of the series.

The Summer Remains
Emotional is putting it lightly, this book ripped out my heart, tore it to shreds, ran over those shreds and then stuffed it back in my chest. Seth King knows how to write an emotional read!

Another book which had been on my TBR forever and I had never read it, then I finally did and couldn’t believe I had waited so long to do so! I really want to read the rest of the series now, but knowing me it will take another few years for me to pick up the next one!

I have been waiting for this one for what feels like years, and was so excited when I got accepted for an ARC. This book is incredible, with a unique story and some totally lovable characters. If it’s not already you should defiantly add it to your TBR! Review coming VERY soon!

Kaleidoscope Hearts
My friend lent me this one and wow did I devour it! It was just such a fresh story and was exactly what I needed at that point in time. I really love the addition of the art in this book, and I found myself feeling totally inspired to be creative once I had finished it.

An Ember In The Ashes
I was so excited for this book that I paid for international shipping all the way from the US so I could read it as soon as possible. And it was so worth it! Wow the world building n this book was incredible! Finishing this book was hard because I never wanted it to end! Now we just have to suffer through the next however many months until the next book comes out!

Nowhere But Here
I love Katie McGarry and have read all of her books so far. When I heard she was doing an MC book I knew I had to have it. It’s totally different from her previous books, but her ability to write characters who you are so invested in and romances that just make you so swoony followed her to this book, and I can’t wait to see what else she writes for this series.

Have you read any of these books?

What is on your list this week?

I attended BEA15 and I saw the Everything Everything ARC everywhere! I still don’t know if I know anything about it. I will definitely look into it now. Great list! Happy TTT!

Haha, yeah, it was hard to just stick to ten! (I ended up including an “honourable mentions” bit after my list xD) Great list 🙂 I haven’t read any of these books but I love the cover for Everything Everything.

    My TTT

  3. Rachel @ A Perfection Called Books

Ooh awesome picks! I really love the Winner’s Curse books, they’re literary wonders. Fuel the Fire was SO SO good. A bit sad at the end though 🙁 I can’t wait to read Everything, Everything! AEITA was SO EPIC. Lovely picks!

  4. Becky @ A Fool's Ingenuity

Great list, I loved Nowhere But Here, it’s one of my favourite reads so far for sure. As for some of the other books on here I seriously need to pick some of these up, I’ve seen Kaleidoscope Hearts around and for some reason haven’t picked it up so I may get that, and I’ve been meaning to read The Year We Fell Down for over a year, it’s started to get a bit silly now.

  5. Suzi Q, The Book Dame

I read Never Never Pt 1 and Winner’s Crime this year too. I was a bit peeved at the way Never Never was chopped, but there is no doubt that it is an amazing story thus far. I have Everything Everything for review. I can’t wait to get to it.
You have a couple on here that are still on my TBR, and better yet, a couple that I haven’t seen before. I will be sure to check them out.
