Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by The Broke & The Bookish.
Each week they release a Top Ten Theme and invite everyone to join in and make their own Top Ten List.
My bookish list for Santa was pretty large this year because there have been so many books that I meant to get this year which I forgot to or didn’t have the money to at the time. Therefore I have resorted to my back up plan: Santa!
The Wrath and the Dawn . The Sin Eaters Daughter
I have heard such amazing things about both of these books this year and have been meaning to get myself a copy for what seems like FOREVER! This year I read A Thousand Nights by E.K.Johnston and wasn’t massively impressed but was told that The Wrath and the Dawn would be the perfect read for me so hoping that Santa gifts me with my own copy. The Sin Eaters daughter has such an interesting concept, plus the cover is GORGEOUS! I really really want to read this one, and then display is beautiful cover on my bookshelf!
The Anatomical Shape of a Heart . Things We Know By Heart
I love a good contemporary/romance and both of these are exactly my type of book. I have read some amazing reviews for both of these books and I’m really hoping for them both so I can immerse myself in some loooooove over the Christmas break.
The Lies About Truth . None of the Above
I am really ashamed that I still don’t have None of the Above after the amount of hyping I did over it before it was released! I have been needing The Lies About Truth for so long, but it was one of those books that I meant to buy and then totally forgot to when it was released so fingers crossed Santa brings it for me!
The Headhunters Race . Mechanica
I have been looking for a new dystopian series now that I have finished Hunger Games, Divergent, Legend, Maze Runner etc and I found The Headhunters Race on Goodreads a while ago but never got round to reading it. I also really love the cover and so I’m hoping that I will have my owwn copy to put on my shelf on Christmas day. Also, Mechanica! Why do I not have this book already! Save me Santa and bring me a copy!!!
One . The Boy Most Likely To
I have heard such wonderful things about One and it seems like such a beautifully unique storyline. Everyone raves about Sarah Crossan and so I need to get in on this author love! Same for Huntley Fitzpatrick whose book My Life Next Door I LOVED, so I really need to read the sequel!
