I love reading about characters who love reading. You immediately get this connection with them and it makes reading the book just that little bit more amazing.
The Fault in Our Stars Review
Hazel (and Gus) spend the majority of TFIOS obsessed over the book ‘Imperial Affliction’ which I really wish was a real book, because it sounds amazing!
Everything Everything Goodreads
Maddy is trapped inside her own house and so with nothing else to do she has procured a love of reading. It makes me really sad though that the books she gets are all disinfected and wrapped in plastic so she can’t book sniff. I do love book sniffing.
Beauty and the Beast Goodreads
I don’t know if she was a bookworm in the original story, but I’m going with the modern day one, and in that she is! So jealous of her getting to live with the beast/prince in that castle with the most amazing library ever!
Pride and Prejudice Goodreads
Ok, so maybe I haven’t read this book, but I’ve seen the film so know what it is all about. Elizabeth is never without a book in her hand, a true bookworm at her finest!
Harry Potter Reviews
Hermione shows us just how powerful books can be, and I love that Ron and Harry are always teasing her for her love of words, but in a loving kind of way.
Matilda Wormwood, the ultimate bookworm. I wish I was as good as reading as she was when she was so young.
Fate’s Love Goodreads
Livy loves reading so much that she ends up working in a bookshop/cafe, which would just be amazing don’t you think?
Isla and the Happily Ever After Goodreads
Isla is a little on the shy side, so prefers to read about adventure then have her own. A girl after my own heart.
The Book Thief Goodreads
Another one I haven’t read buying put it on my list because I really do want to read it! I bought this book forever ago, and the film, but just still haven’t gotten round to it! And even though I haven’t read/watched it I know from all the reviews I have read just how much Liesel loves her books, even the title gives it away!
