Sunday Funday: Easter Eggstravaganza #3

April 20, 2014 Sunday Funday 2

sunday funday easter
The weekend is almost over, which means back to work tomorrow for most of us. So to cheer you up (and myself) I am going to be giving you a little bit of bookish fun every Sunday, to make the end of the weekend that little bit easier!
For the last few weeks Sunday Funday has been about all things Easter! Not just bookish Easterness (I totally just made that word up) but also fun craft things, baking and just fun easter stuff to do.

Happy Easter
This Sunday is all about fun ways to spend your day, with TONS of Easter fun!
Homemade Egg Movies

Egg’s can be used for all sorts of things, not just eating. Give your eggs some personality and let them star in their own eggtastic video. It seems a little silly, but once you get started you will realise just how much fun it is!
Egg Rolling
It’s not hard. All you need is an egg (I’d recommend Hard Boiled) and some kind of slope. This can be a hill or just something you have propped up at home. Start at the top, and just let your eggs roll. It’s so simple, and yet SO MUCH FUN!
Eggstastic Moviethon
If you prefer more of a chilled out Easter Sunday then there are TONS of Easter themed movies that you can watch whilst you make your way through all of your Easter Eggs.
Hop (2011)Hank and Mike (2008), and Mr. Popper’s Penguins (2011) are just a few. There’s also Rise of the Guardians (2012), which although is not specifically an Easter Film, features a pretty kick ass Hugh Jackman as the voice of the Easter Bunny.
Moonlight Easter Egg Hunt

This looks like so much fun and makes a normal Egg Hunt just so much better. Massive thanks to the ladies from Handmade Mood for coming up with this idea. A really good blog to check out, if you have a few hours to spare, because once you start looking around it, it is VERY hard to stop!
I hope you all have an amazing Easter Weekend and that you have enjoyed my Easter Eggstravaganza Sunday Funday posts these past few weeks. Check back in next Sunday for your normal bookish fun.
On a final note: I am hosting a Blog Tour & Giveaway for Magic Unfolds, the second book in N.L.Greene’s MysticSeeker Series. To sign up for this follow the link below.
